Adding a new user in Fetch Approvals

If you have Admin access for Fetch Approvals, you can add a new user.

Go to Admin-Users

Use the ‘+’ to add a new user

Add in the user details and Save

Now the user needs to be added to an Approval Group.

Go To Admin-Approval Groups

If the new user is to be added to one of the existing Approval Groups, click Edit to open it and go to the Users tab

And add the user to the group by selecting them and clicking Assign.

As this is an existing Approval group, it is already assigned to a Workflow and Jamie will now be able to see it when they log in.
