Whether you want to find out how to do something or check to see if there are any features you don’t know about, Fetch help is here for you.

Search for a topic

On the right hand side of the Help page you will see a Search box.

To find an article about a particular topic, type a word or a few words into the Search box. If those words appear in an article you will see a list of all of the potential articles to read.

Make sure you aren’t too specific about the word/words you use – if it can’t be found in any article you won’t get any results.

Browse Categories

Underneath the Search Box you will see a Categories section.

This will enable you to look through all articles for a specific category such as articles relating to Fetch for MYOB Exo and MYOB Advanced.

The ABBYY Webstation category give you information about working with documents.

If you are an Administration User, the ABBYY Administration and Monitoring Console category gives you information about administration tasks for example, adding new users, resetting passwords in ABBYY etc.

The General category gives you information not directly related to the ABBYY or Fetch software for example, working with emails, reporting issues to Focus etc.

Also, when you are reading an article you will see there is a Comments section at the bottom of the page. Please use this to give us feedback about the article. If there is anything needing added or changed we need to know so we can make it more useful to others.
