How to Report Issues to Us – ABBYY

If you need to let us know about an issue in ABBYY, there is specific information that we need to be able to help you quickly. Please email Support@fetch.net.nz with your issue.

Please tell us the Batch No, Supplier Name and Invoice Number.

And please don’t process or delete the invoice – we need to be able to see it to help.

The Batch No is found at the top left hand side of the screen.
