Here are instructions for resetting a User’s password in ABBYY.
Open the Administration and Monitoring Station from the initial log in screen (you will only see this if you have Admin priivileges).

Go to Settings – Users

Find the user you want to reset the password for and click on their name to go into their User profile.
Check the email address is correct. If it is not, change it and press Save first (down the bottom of the page), then go back into the User profile.

Click Reset Password

The user will receive an email with a temporary password, and be instructed to log in and change the password.
