There is no need to manually enter serials numbers onto tracked stock items, ABBYY and Fetch can take care of these for you with just a few extra clicks.
Example of an invoice extract with serial numbers:
When processing through ABBYY serial numbers can be added into the serial number field in the same way you select any other data (contact us if your grid does not display this field and we can sort this out for you).
When added in the serials look like this:
If a line has multiple items and therefore multiple serial numbers they need to be separated by a comma and a space:
Push the invoice through to Fetch as normal once you are happy with all fields. Any lines that have serial numbers are displayed with blue text:
Right click on the line and select Serial Numbers:
Hit save to confirm the numbers are correct (you can also add any reference if required).
The new serial numbers are loaded against the stock items in Exo:
