If you have a Purchase Order which reflects the total value of items expected over its life, and those items will come in multiple invoices, you can monitor the amount invoiced to see when the amount purchased equals what is expected.
For example, you can set up a Purchase Order for a Misc item and a value of $10,000. Each time an invoice comes in, the original Misc line reduces by the amount of the invoice.
For example, an invoice comes in for $1,000. Fetch can add the lines of this invoice to the Purchase Order, and reduce the original misc line to $9,000. This leaves the Purchase Order at a total of $10,000 and allows items purchased to show in Exo.
This video explains how to do it.
